Counselling & Psychotherapy

If you’ve been feeling burnt out or stuck, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to face it all on your own. Maybe you’ve done all the “right” things. You’ve read the books. You’ve tried the coping strategies. You’ve told yourself to stay strong.

But inside, you still feel tender, overwhelmed and unresolved.

A part of you know there’s deeper healing to be found. That’s where our work can start.

Deep inner work takes a gentle and steady approach. Our time together will be grounded in trauma-informed practices that honour your pace, your story and what your nervous system is ready for.

As your counsellor, I meet you where you are at, which means that we will go at your pace as we go deeper. Getting to the stage of exploring childhood experiences typically brings breakthroughs that help you make sense of the present so that you can move closer to the future you want.

We’ll use inner child work, Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems to support your healing with care and depth. This helps you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have worked hard to keep you safe.

Together, we will collaborate to help you
  • Uncover the roots of your emotional patterns with compassion, not pressure
  • Rebuild a sense of safety inside, so you don’t feel like parts of you are in constant conflict
  • Create clarity around what you truly feel, want and need
  • Expand your emotional capacity, so you can respond to life instead of constantly bracing for it
  • Strengthen your foundation, not by forcing change but by gently supporting the parts of you
  • Reconnect to your innate wisdom and feel empowered with self-care practices that are helpful to you
