Reflective Growth Coaching Programme: A 6-Month Journey

A six-month reflective coaching container, where we meet monthly to notice patterns, explore beliefs and grow self-awareness. Each session builds on insights from the previous month, helping you translate reflection into meaning, real-life change. On this journey, you’ll gain clarity, practical strategies, and a personal map to guide your growth. 

 

This programme is a good fit if you’re a reflective, high-functioning sensitive striver. 

 

Each monthly session is 60 minutes online. Much of the work happens between sessions through curiosity, experimentation, journaling and reflection – helping you integrate insights and create lasting change.
